Sculpt 3/4 and Turbo Jam

Been trying to get back on track the last few days. And trying to see if I can get myself to wake up early to do that workout, too... not sure how that will go. lol

Anyway, I rode my bike for part of the Biggest Loser on Tuesday evening. Riding and watching... though I have to turn up the tv quite a bit to be able to hear. Most of it I caught just by reading lips or body language anyway.

Then Wednesday morning, I got up early and did TJ Fat Blaster before I had to get the kids ready and off to school (and myself to work). That worked out okay- but I end up sleepy sooner in the day- because I am losing sleep by getting up early! I haven't yet learned to GO to bed earlier to compensate just yet!

This morning, I got up but then got on the computer and ended up reading message boards. LOL But once I got the kids to school, I got the workout in then. I did P90 Sculpt 3/4, then followed it with TJ 20-minute workout, just to get some cardio in.

Now let's see if I can keep this going... and if I can ever get used to getting up early to do a workout! But I'm just finding it hard to fit it in the rest of the day, so I'm trying the early-early morning time slot.
