Recovering

I woke up feeling a bit better today. No lower back ache like yesterday. The only way I could describe it was that it was an achy back pain just like I had when I was 8-9 months pregnant and nothing would make the achiness go away (except birth- lol). It was very uncomfortable! But I'm glad that this morning, that pain is gone (and no birthing, either). I just hope it stays away.

This morning, I also woke up very thirsty. It's barely 9:30 am and I've already put away 700 ml of water! I never drink that much! So anyway, I'm hoping that I'm on the upswing of whatever that was that I had yesterday. I'm just glad it didn't have me knocked out like my little son. He's going on day 4 without food today because he's been so sick.

Breakfast this morning was a Pop-Tart (leftover from what my other son didn't eat before he went to school) and now I'm having cottage cheese with Kashi Go Lean Crunch in it. Plus a sprinkling of walnuts and dried blueberries. This is one of my all-time favorite breakfasts. Delicious- and healthy!

Dinner was a tilapia filet, seasoned with some balsamic vinegar and Tony's cajun spice, then baked. Garnished with some green onions on top. Pretty! And the side dish was the zucchini and tomato dish I love to make so much- but this time I added in some canned black beans too. Yum! Now I'm stuffed! It's a good thing that I'm having a good healthy dinner though- because for lunch, all I had was a bowl of ice cream. lol (but that was emotional eating for sure)

I have NOT worked out today. And I'm not sure why I can't get that motivation back, although I know I have alot going on... I also know that I need to keep the workouts in or else I will start heading backwards again.
