Updates Again

Sunday: out for a jog/walk for about an hour. Covered probably 3 miles of distance, but not sure exactly. I just know how out-of-shape I am again! Ugh!

Monday: Jillian Michaels Frontside. I also know how out of shape I am with that, too- knowing how much better I could do that one before. Ugh!

Tuesday: geocaching all day. In and out of the car, some walking of distances in the heat- but nothing that I could really call Full Cardio, although I know I got winded on some of the walking parts.

Today: plans are to do Jillian Michaels Backside, but haven't done it yet.

Food-wise: not great, but not totally bad, either. Probably still too much fat and not enough protein. (typical!)

Yeah, I have alot of catching up to do. Still hovering just below 140 lbs and NOT happy about that! What happened to hovering around 120 like before?!? Ugh!!!!! I gotta get back THERE again!

You can do it, Ang! It just takes time and perseverance! Ha! Yeah, easy to say...not so easy to do but knowing you've done it before means you have the know-how and the power to get the job done!! I'll be checking in for an update on the backside video!!! Go, Ang!

Now I need a kick in the pants to get a workout in today. I missed my morning walk due to rain. I should have gotten up and gone for a run on the dreadmill but I didn't. I chose sleep instead! The girls might like a little afternoon movie though so that should give me a chance to get something accomplished fitness-wise!
