Update Yet Again

I must remember to come and post in here!

Anyway- week 2 is under way.

Tuesday, Chest & Back followed by a weak ARX.

Wednesday, Plyometrics in the evening, sweated up a storm before bed. Did so-so on parts of it, did well on others.

Thursday, Shoulders & Arms followed by another weak ARX. I'm always BEAT by the time the ab work comes in! I might have to skip the abs immediately after the main workout, and fit the abs in later during the day. I was happy to have used 15 lbs on the shoulder press this time! Woohooo!! I'm getting stronger! I was also happy to hit 30 before my chair dips started to burn!! That was 10 more than last week! But then on the second round- I was lucky to get to 15. That's still okay though... I'm still getting stronger with each week that goes by.

Friday- an evening round of Yoga. It feels good to stretch, though it hurts to let my head hang. My sinuses have kicked in again and I was doing Yoga while drugged up on meds. :-P Probably not the best, but I just had to get both in. I couldn't skip the meds as my head was starting to hurt with the sinus pressure... but I didn't want to miss Yoga's stretching, either. I know my body needed to stretch! I didn't do the entire 1.5 hrs though. I'm just beat (and drugged up) and need to get to bed and SLEEP.
