Power Half Hour

Fit in a little bit of Power Half Hour this evening. Had a buffet dinner with the family, and then came back home feeling ICKY and fat. :-P

So after the boys went to bed, I put on some ankle weights and put in the PHH Thigh Trimmer. I didn't workout very hard- as I was still FULL of food- so there were no high-impact moves for me! So whenever they were doing some jumpy moves, I would just march in place or do leg lifts/kicks and no jumping. So I didn't get the intense cardio effects of the PHH, but I did get the muscle workout, because of the ankle weights.

After the PHH Thighs, I followed it with PHH Bun Shaper and did the same. No jumpy moves, but some of the low impact ones. All with ankle weights. Ugh that my muscles couldn't keep up like they used to! But hey- for as long as I was sitting out from the workouts this year... what more could I expect than just what I got??

But it felt good to get another workout in this week. No more weeks with NO workouts, or just one workout. I HAVE to keep up some sort of pace.
