I'm not starting the X again until Tuesday. I want my "rest day" to land on Mondays, my busiest day of the week when I'm not likely to get any workout in anyway. But today I thought I'd try Core X just to see how I would do... and I bonked!!! I only did about half of it (because I got started late, and I was going to get as far as I could until the Cowboy game started at noon)... and I was BONKING by the time noon came around anyway!! I am SO out of shape! So I know the first week or two (three?) of the X will be some wimpy shock-to-my-system kind of weeks. It's gonna be hard!!!! But I have to do this.
By the end of the 90 days, it should be my 44th birthday. :-)
Dang, this workout program is the toughest. It will sculpt me if I just let it.
