I was Ms. Bendy this morning with Yoga X! Well, somewhat bendy on some- not so bendy on others. But I felt good about what I COULD do. I need to work more on the twisty balance moves, and I need A LOT more work on those half-moon and half-moon twists. But I am happy that I'm figuring out now, just how far over my hands I need to be to do the Crane... and was able to get up off my feet for 1 second today! And it's only my first time through Yoga in a long time! So hopefully next week I will be able to maintain that balance move for longer. It would be a new record for me, if I could stay up for more than just a second or two.
I'm glad for Yoga, as it helped some to stretch out the soreness I've gathered over the course of this week. Parts of me have been SOOO very sore! But those are the parts that need the most work, too. So it's all good.
Legs & Back tomorrow. I love the 'legs' part... dread the 'back' part. But that's only because my legs are strong; my back is not (for pull-ups!).
