Tomorrow, it Starts- but Today, I Bike

Just 5 miles biked on the recumbent this evening. Lame, but I'm also sore from the half-of-Core yesterday (I'm so out of shape!) so it was a semi take-it-easy day today. Because tomorrow morning I start on the X, and I'm still gearing up for it, even though I'm sure of doing it.

Anyway, I did the measurements today. And the horrid "before" pics. I seem to be at the same spot I was at when I did the X in January 07... so hopefully I will see the same results this time that I was seeing that time before Mom got really sick and I stopped working out.

All I can say is... next time they'll be better.

IMO, those calves are already "too big" but we'll see how it goes...

Biceps: 12.5R/12L (I guess my right is stronger)

Love handle caliper pinch: 20mm/.75in (but I'm not sure just how accurate that is, or what that means, as the chart that came with it said I was in the "lean" category with that reading. I don't think so!!!)

And no, I'm not measuring my bust. The poor boobies always SHRINK when I work out, so there'll just be nothing left by the time I'm done.
