Ugh... what a night. I went to bed but was a bit restless... finally did get some sleep, but then woke up at 3am and was wide awake. Sheesh.
So I got up and decided I might as well get my TurboFire in, as I was feeling restless and figured it would burn off a little (a LOT) of energy...
Well, it was a blast!! Went SO much faster without the "new to class" instructional features tucked in... and what an awesome workout! And it's so short!! Just 30 minutes and you're left going "that's all?!?" because you expect it to go longer.
The highest HR I noticed was around the low 160's. Still going good for working the cardio health into shape! It's nice to know that 30 minutes doesn't feel very long when I'm working out this hard.
My foods today wasn't great though. Ugh the way "life" gets in the way. I can't always be at home and eat my controlled meals... which is even more reason to KEEP those home-cooked meals super-healthy, just to hopefully balance out the other crap that comes my way. Too high in calories today... and again- some estimation as I didn't eat anything I could really measure too closely, nor could I find anything in my food tracker that was exact.
Middle of the night workout fluids: P90X Recovery drink (220 cal)
Breakfast: greenberry Shakeology blended with cottage cheese, mango, peach, vanilla extract, fiber boost, lemon pudding mix (371 cal)
Lunch: DQ steak fingers (2) with gravy, one chicken strip, a few fries (561 cal)
Dinner: chinese buffet... crawfish, salmon sushi, chicken/veggies (broccoli), veggies/shrimp mix (zuke, carrot, cabbage), peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream (est. 662 cal)
Total breakdown for the day- 1814 cals
Carb: 54%
Pro: 22%
Fat: 24%
Fiber: 33g (need 25/day)
I might estimate the total calories to be higher... but it's hard to tell for sure.
