Okay, so I didn't get a bit of workouts in over the weekend. Nothing on Saturday or Sunday, but with LOTS of buffet eating all that time. :-P
Not good. But at the same time, somehow I didn't gain any weight. I must be losing muscle or something, because I know I pigged-out ALOT all weekend!!!
Anyway, today I got in a half-hearted workout of Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. Not great, and I didn't even bother counting the reps or writing anything down. So no numbers to report. But at least I pushed play.
Now I gotta get some sleep. I think part of my problem is not enough sleep, too.
