I've always liked this workout. It makes my arms and shoulders feel so strong! It's also funky the way I feel "pumped up" after the workout, as if my arms won't sit next to my sides anymore! But after about an hour- the puffy feeling does go away and I feel back to normal again. But it's wild how I can feel so "expanded" after a workout.
Anyway, here are the numbers for the record:
Alternating shoulder presses: 15/10lb; 15/10
In & out bicep curls: 16/10; 16/10
Two-arm tricep kickbacks: 15/8; 15/8 (burn!!!)
Deep swimmer's press: 15/10; 15/10
Full supination concentration curls: 15/10; 15/10
Chair dips: 25; 20 (both straight leg)
Upright rows: 15/10; 15/10
Static arm curls: 16/10; 16/10
Flip-grip twist tricep kickbacks: 12/8; 15/5
Two-angle shoulder flys: 16/5; 16/5
Crouching Cohen curls: 15/8; 15/8
Lying-down tricep extensions: 15/8; 15/8
In & out straight-arm shoulder flys: 12/8; 20/5
Congdon curls: 15/10; 15/10
Side tri-rise: 20r/20l; 18r/18l
Ran out of time to get ARX in immediately after... if I don't get it in today, I will do it tomorrow.
