Crazy day, didn't get to blog my workout as I did it!
Some geocaching in the early afternoon- though none of them were long hikes or anything. It was still nice to get out into the sunshine on a gorgeous day when we (for once) didn't have a raging wind to deal with.
In the afternoon, I sat down and got an additional 330 Mason Twists done. Whew- it was harder than the first time! But I bet my abs will be better for it, although it's a bit sore now and then.
Then, in the evening, it was Plyo X. Yikes, that one is still a killer! I'm huffing and puffing and sweating and dying... but it's good. My right knee didn't like some of it though, and I backed off a bit near the end. I have plans to do more geocaching (with hikes) this next week, and I don't want to have any knee problems for that, because I busted out Plyo too hard! So we'll see how it goes later. I did have a HUGE muscle cramp in my right calf last night, too (BIG TIME OUCH) and maybe that has something to do with why my knee is now acting funny- because the muscles surrounding all of that (knee, leg)- is not "normal" for the time being. It's not that my knee hurts... it just doesn't feel as stable as it usually does, like I've stressed the tendons/ligaments on each side the knee joint. Somehow. Not sure if it was Plyo though- because it felt that way even before I started doing any jumpy stuff.
So like I said- I'm not sure just what it is, but I hope it won't be any worse by morning. And yes- I'm UP LATE because I was so wound up after the late Plyo workout. Now I'm starting to fade, finally... but now I won't want to wake up tomorrow! But that's okay... I have things to do but nothing BIG. Just alot of little things on the list. LOTS of things... but nothing with any set time frame, so that's good.
Food-wise... probably ate more carbs than I should, but I don't feel like I overate on food in general. Just too many carbs for the ratio, but not overloaded on calories.
Okay- now it's off to bed. Tomorrow's schedule is Shoulders & Arms, so my legs and knee will get to rest. I'm logging this for March 7th's blog day, but it's actually 1:20 am on the 8th. Yeah- time for BED.
