So I didn't get around to getting ARX done yesterday, but I will do it later today with Yoga. :-)

But anyway, the latest pics. I didn't put them all together with Day 0/30/60 because I just didn't see any change between Day 30 and 60 in most of the shots! Bleah on that- but I also know it's because I'm not eating well enough to have made any definite changes in the last 30 days. But I did see some noticeable changes in the front 'twisty' pose... and so I put all 3 pics together in that one. I know I am making progress... I just wish the pictures would show it more though!!!

The scale has not budged. Well, it has- to gain 3 lbs by Day 30 and then now I've lost them again. So for now, I am just back to where I was when I started the X- 130 lbs. But I know I did shift that weight to where it's more muscle and less fat, even though I have more fat to lose still.

I've lost 2 inches total in my waist, 1.5 inches in my hips, and one inch in my thighs. Yay for finally seeing some thigh-shrinkage! My arms have stayed the same size, though I have seen more definition in spots. I just want more shape to my arms, even though I know I will never have what would be considered "thin arms", ever. I just don't want that old sausage shape, but a toned and fit shape! Thankfully, I am getting there. :-)
So I know what I have to do... keep on working out, but maybe add some more cardio in, to burn off more fat. And to eat cleaner because I have LOTS of room for improvement on that part!!! I know it's the eating that has kept my progress moving so slowly. The workouts for sure have ROCKED the muscle part of my journey- and I know that part is doing fine! I just need to shed more fat so the muscles can show!
And I gotta watch my photo-cropping better, because it keeps looking like I'm growing taller- when I know I am not!! lol
