Jillian ALL OVER

Dang, that was good. :-)

I was feeling flabby and slow and sluggish the past few days, from not getting enough of a good workout in all week... so this evening, I decided I was going to try a crazy thing. I was going to do Jillian's Backside AND Frontside workout, back-to-back!!! Nuts, huh?!?

But when the Backside one was done... I was thinking that I wasn't all that beat! So I was happy to see that I had come a long way from the beginning of the year, and that I can now hold up longer. Yay for increasing my endurance again! I was also thinking... "Backside is easier than the Frontside one" because I don't remember feeling this energized still, after doing Frontside last time.

But dang... I still had Frontside coming. Yikes! But I switched the DVDs over- and told myself... if I couldn't make it, I don't have to. I'd have gotten in one workout already, and that's okay. So I gave myself permission to stop anytime I needed to in the second one. A permission I didn't give myself for the first one.

But surprisingly- I made it through! I know I wasn't moving as fast as the kids after about halfway through- and wasn't doing as many reps as they were- but at least I was still moving. And still getting that burn when I was supposed to get a burn. It felt good. :-)

Now I gotta grab that shower- and get more water back in. I think I sweated off a gallon!
