Tried, for the first time- to really go through one of Jillian Michaels' circuit workouts from her online web site. And OOF, I was pounded!!! On the Mountain Climbers and Squat thrusts... I was lucky to make it through 30 seconds at a time before I had to stop and rest! So I have a Looong way to go, if I'm supposed to do 2 minutes of it! I did at least get 2 minutes in though- total time. In 30-second chunks. Does that count?!?? I sure was sweating though. Even to do two 30-second sessions, twice through the circuit set... it was plenty. And the resistance moves are good ones! I know my glutes will feel it later, from all those lunges. But I need work there- lots of it- so it's all good. :-)
Jillian's workouts are not for wimps!! I got whacked today, for sure. But I survived. So Jillian... keep bringing it on! But only a little at a time, okay?? lol

I have to get my act together. It's already almost a full week into the new year and I've only walked a couple of mornings and that is it!
