Jillian Backside

Good workout. A short one, but I'm glad to get something in. I did Jillian Michaels' Backside workout. As usual, a tough one! But the Frontside seems to kill me more. Maybe it's the pushups that get me on the front one, as that is still a weak point for me. But these 1/2 hour workouts are starting to seem almost "too short" for me. Which is good- because that means I'm getting more fit now. :-)

Anyway, I haven't eaten that much (or that well) so far today. But I'm trying not to eat too much because I know I will calorie-load this evening as I go out for dinner. And we're planning to eat italian (with tiramisu for dessert, of course)... so I know the calories will come tumbling in then.

Ran alot of errands today, and got to nearly 4000 steps before this workout. But the pedometer FREAKED OUT during the workout! Started doing this weird high-pitched squeal and it reset itself several times, too. So maybe this pedometer does NOT like anything that jiggles it more than a walk... even though it's made for running use, too. Probably the JUMPING is too much. Okay... now I know. And as for the pedometer resetting itself the past 2 days... I don't recall jumping around any of those times, but maybe I did. Now I will have to keep an eye on that, just to see and test it.

So anyway, that's about 4000 steps erased and the pedometer will be starting over again. :-P It's a new meter, but I'm not sure if I will like it any more than the old one. The old one I had, didn't have this much trouble! But it was just that the old one didn't have as many features, and it was bigger. So maybe smaller and more features... is not necessarily more reliable or better.

I also logged in today (as official weigh-in) as 137 lbs! Woohooo that it's 3 lbs less than when I started a couple of weeks ago! Yay!!!
