Turbo Jammin'

Did a quick workout this morning before work! I had a little extra time (no class, as the students have their first major exam) so I grabbed a portion of Turbo's Cardio Party 2. Did at least 1/2 hr of the 45-min workout, so it was good. If I feel up to it, I might try to do something else this evening.

Ate too much over the weekend, but it was my birthday weekend- so I took advantage... although I know better! Anyway, it's damage control time, and time to get back on a regular track again. Especially now that the school/work schedule should settle down to a regular thing starting this week. No more extra classtimes added like the last 2 weeks, when I felt like I needed to clone myself to be in 2 places at the same time!

Now I can go back to being just ONE of me.

(And Jeanne- I have NOT forgotten about the protein bar info of Jillian's... I will get it posted eventually, I promise!)
