Great workout! I think my favorite Turbo is still Cardio Party 2. Very fun! And I'm just THRILLED that I can now keep up with them the WHOLE way through! With the jumping parts and not modifying. All the moves at the right speed. And learning the moves enough that I'm not tripping over my own feet anymore. ;-)
Fun stuff!
I'm also excited to see the scale sitting steady at 137 now... so that means it's not just a fluctuation drop, but an ACTUAL drop. Woohooo! Really can't beat that. So I'm just going to keep it going. :-)
Anyway, off to the shower. I know I have to watch my foods and make better choices soon, or I won't ever get rid of that layer of goo that is left. The exercising was TOUGH to get going late last year. But now that I'm getting that back... I can start working on the food part next. I think adjusting the food is harder than doing the workouts regularly... but hopefully I'll get that going okay, too.
Once I get back to work again (start Monday with class at 8:30am!), I won't be hanging around the house where the snackies attack. I will pack protein bars or little bags of cereal to munch on if I get snacky in class. I will try to eat better, and I think being AWAY from home helps. At least it does for me.

So tell me - what are your favorite protein bars?
I've been enjoying Luna Bars and like that they are a good source of protein and fiber and are only 180 calories.
How about you?
BTW, I LOVE TJ!! I have not been doing the Cardio Party 2 much but I'll have to give it a whirl again because I remember that it was fun. :-)
Jeanne- I will try to answer you in the next couple of days! In fact, I just heard one of Jillian's podcasts about how to choose the right protein bars- and it was an awakening for what I've been eating! So I will pass it along.
I have Power Bar's Protein Plus (but they are not recommended) and the regular sticky-gummy Power Bars (not recommended, either)!
