Didn't get any workouts done the last 2 days (Monday or Tuesday), but got one in today! Yay!
Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 (my fave) and worked up a good sweat. I needed it! It's been a long 2 weeks, and I can see the slow-down coming as things settle into a more regular schedule (as it will stay, for the rest of the semester). So that'll be good. Hopefully it won't be too hard to get workouts in after a few more days of extra stuff.
Eating has not been all that great. Not enough veggies for sure- especially the green kind.
