The Mountain to Climb

Ugh... just because I should, to track things...

Height: 5'1"
Weight: 140 (when this started)
Chest: 34 (sheesh)
Rib cage: 31
Waist: 31
Hips: 40 (talk about PEAR)
Thighs: 24 (biggest part- upper)
Thighs (mid): 21
Thighs (just above knee): 17
Calves: 15 (biggest part- mid)
Bicep (flexed): 12.5
Upper arm: 13 (widest part, unflexed)

**all measurements are of the right side; left side pretty much the same too- not different enough to track separately.

I have a place to go, that's for sure...

No workout today officially (no WOWY)... but I did do some resistance work during the Biggest Loser. Nothing that I would consider a full workout though. So today's kinda blown out of the water, exercise-wise.
