Okay, so I missed my workout yesterday. I was sore from the Sculpt-pushing I did the day before, from trying those 10-lb weights on so many moves... but I did need to do that!
Anyway, and with all the hubbaloo going on with BeachBody and their changeovers, and a sick kid at home, and laundry and all that... I just didn't do a workout. No excuses... just didn't get it in.
But today, I did PlyoX just to see what it was like. I haven't ever even VIEWED it before, and was curious. The time that I did the Lean version of the X last year, Plyo is not in the Lean line-up, so I never did it. This time around... I plan to replace Cardio X with the Plyo workout here and there... and MAN... after today, I can tell that it's gonna be a workout that Whoops my butt!
It's a tough one for sure!! I made it about halfway through, and then had to take a break. A longer break than the people in the workout did... and just BREATHE. Hufff... puffff.... hufff... pufff... man...
And then I did part of the rest with MUCH lower intensity and then the phone rang and I didn't even get to finish viewing the last 1/4 of the workout. So next time... I will be surprised by what ELSE Tony has in store! lol But this workout will be one that I will be able to use to kind of mentally track my progress as I work my way through the 90 Days of the X... because I will be able to tell if I can jump higher or last longer, and whatever. What a powerful workout though!
