Sweat 5/6



Or Cardio 5/6 of the Master's Series of P90. Whew!!!!! What a sweatfest!! It felt great, though! And I never knew 50 minutes could go by so quickly. :-)





It's been about a week since I started pushing it in prep for the X... and in just one week, I can tell my tone is picking up already. I know some of this will slack off again once I go off to Vegas for a week after Christmas and before the X... but hopefully the X will just crank back whatever progress I might lose during that week. Though I might not lose much that week, since I will be walking everywhere all week long.
Food-wise... still not making the best of choices, but I am trying to limit the amount of the bad stuff, and eat more of the good stuff.
