Sculpt 5/6

Finally got a workout in today! After missing the last few days, I am back in town and found some chunk of time to get it done. Yay!

Today was Sculpt 5/6 and I bumped up the weights this time. On the lawnmower moves and heavy pants moves, I bumped up to 10 lbs. Stuck to 8lbs for the rest like before, and kept to 5 lbs on the shoulder fly and upright row type of moves. I could probably bump up to 10 lbs on the biceps next time. And keep everything else the same. The workout felt good, and it was over sooner than I'd expected! It's been awhile since I actually lost track of time during a resistance workout! So that's good. :-)

Food-wise... eating over the weekend was BAD, BAD, BAD!!! Too much food and not always the best choice. But thankfully I do not feel like I did any serious damage. I still feel like I did before. And I don't feel like I gained 'thickness' just from one weekend of crazy eating. But I do know I can't eat that way ALL the time, and without working out any at all. So anyway, I'm back home and back to my norm.
