
Part of the starting stretches
Whooo!! Did a "double" of Turbo Jam today! I didn't realize I'd picked one long workout to pair up with a short one. I usually pick 2 short ones to make an hour-long workout. So today's went about an hour and 25 minutes. Whoooeeee! I'm gonna hurt tomorrow! lol
It's not the length of the workout that will have me hurting... it's the Turbo Booty Sculpt- and all those squats!! And I started out trying to do them with 8-lb weights! Yikes! I'm not 'there' yet. I switched to 5-lb weights after a few sets (and some BURNING muscles) and then did okay. But my legs are gonna HURT tomorrow!
Also as part of the Booty Sculpt DVD, there is an Abs section, and below are 2 pics of the ab-work. Oucharooni on those, too. Yeah, kill my weak spot, will ya?!? But I need it.
