Sculpt 3/4


Outward bicep curls


Working out a little late today... mid-afternooner! Got lazy this morning, with the kids around, and wanting my coffee and browsing-through-the-Sunday-paper time. And then I got lost in some internet surfing...


Anyway, I did Sculpt 3/4 today. Used 5-lb weights on the shoulder fly moves. 8-lb weights on everything else, doing 15 reps on everything. And then I also bumped up to using 10-lb weights on the Lawnmower... and still did 15 reps. I think I might be underestimating myself on things, so next time I do this workout, I will up more of them to 10-lb weights. I'm not sure when the next time I will do this one though... since I'm just doing various workouts from various programs without any real set schedule. I just know that once the X starts... hopefully I can bust them out and improve even more!

But anyway, I got several pictures this afternoon, obviously...

Pushups... not my favorite

I did 10 decline pushups at the start. Later it was 10 wide pushups on my toes, then dropped down to do a few more on my knees. Next set, it was 7 wide, 7 narrow, and then about 10 regular on my knees. In the last set, I was able to do 20 on my knees. Not too bad, but not as good as I used to be able to do last year. But I know that will improve. Last year, I'd stopped doing ANY on my knees, so I hope to get back to that point again.

It was also good to get to 30 Max squats at the very end. :-)
