Snow shovelling, Sculpt 3/4
Not sure why blogger isn't letting me type in WYSIWYG, but it's annoying! Anyway, everything will be crammed into one paragraph here because I don't know how to do the code breaks and things without screwing things up. So today I did a semi-workout this morning, by shovelling snow off my sidewalks. I did break out in quite a sweat, so it must count for something! And then this evening, I did Sculpt 3/4 from P90... and found out just how much I've weakened since I've slacked off! Time to kick myself back into gear!! Rude awakening, for sure. Used a mix of 5-lb and 8-lb weights, and did up to 12-15 reps of everything. Did okay on the squats, but SUCKED on the push-ups. I'm back to doing push-ups on my knees again! Drats! But I know I can work my way back to doing toe-pushups like I used to do before. I just have to stay consistent and get bck up there. I do hope I might be at least a little sore by tomorrow, even if it might take a few more 'pushes' before I can even come close to gaining some strength back again like I used to have before. Food-wise... not the best. I ended up eating a cheeseburger for dinner that my oldest son didn't eat. He didn't eat it because he got sick after a couple of bites. Yeah- is that bad or what??? One person gets sick eating something, and I have no problems finishing it off right after them?!?? Am I sick, or what?? I added some sliced jalapenos to it though... maybe that will burn off any germs that was in it. ROFL! But anyway- I ate okay, and so far, I'm not sick. I've also eaten several little oranges today. Clementines that I bought, and some tangerines that I got from my Mom over the weekend. Both are tiny- with slices as small as those canned mandarin orange slices- so it was easy to have 5-6 of them and maybe that might count for 1.5 big oranges, maybe. So anyway, that was my day. Not great, but not horrid. LOTS of room for improvement for sure.
