Worked my muscles again today. It was supposed to be a cardio workout, and weights tomorrow, but I thought I'd switch the two. So tomorrow will be some cardio thing. :-)
Upped my weights on many of the moves. Didn't get any pictures today because I was busy writing and tracking between sets. Some of the notes:
heavy pants: 10 lbs/15 reps (could probably go up, but I don't have anything heavier than 10 lbs! Maybe it's time to go shopping next year!)
shoulder fly: 5 lbs (good weight for now)
preacher curls: 10 lbs (good weight for now)
side-tri-rise: 12 each side
reverse-grip heavy pants: 10/15 (easily)
bent-over shoulder flys: 5/12 reps (good weight for now)
incline curls: 10/15 (need heavier weights)
chair dips: 20 (not elevated)
2-way lawnmower: 10/16 (need heavier weights)
scarecrow press: 5/13 (could try 8s, but not just yet)
in/out hammer curls: 10/15 (good weight for now)
flare arm sphinx: 18
salutation pushups: 10
locomotive lawnmower: 10/15 (need heavier weights)
upright row/Y press: 8/10 (good weight, tough)
open arm 21s: 10/7 ea- didn't get hard until the last 7 (good weight for now)
reverse-grip triceps: 5/15 (will up it to 8lbs next time)
There are other moves, but I didn't write those others down.
