Core X- with Pics

I know- pics are not a big deal here... but today I kinda dogged it- and took ALOT of pics. It's so disruptive of a good workout when I'm trying to set up the camera half the time instead of just simply concentrating on working out, even when I didn't get a photo of every move! But I don't do this often, to be taking THIS many pics of everything. It's just that I was wearing my "Purple team shirt" today and wanted to get some shots of IT... and then I got carried away with the pics while I was kinda dogging it anyway. Hey- it's Recovery week! Next week, I won't be letting myself get so lazy. If you notice that at the end- there wasn't any sweat on the shirt! I know the shirt is loose and probably wouldn't have gotten all that wet anyway- but still.

LOL- hope you had fun, because I sure did! But next week... time to Crush it again- and no more being lazy while playing with the camera this much! And uh... ignore the piles of laundry in the background. I was multi-tasking and doing laundry at the same time. Okay, so you probably never even noticed the laundry until I mentioned it... so forget I mentioned it and pretend my house is actually CLEAN! ;-)

You have some great lunges going on there. Nice and deep. Tony would be so proud! :)

Those lunge-kick back-curl-presses are killers. They really make you work.

I hear ya on those lunge-kickback-curl-press things (there's gotta be a shorter name!)- they ARE painful! They make me sweat like mad, too!
