Stacked foot pushups... can you believe the workout STARTS with this??!

And later on, there were Sphinx Pushups too...

Side leaning crescent lunges (or something like that)- using 5 lb weights

Squat runs, using 5 lb weights
And the series of those Lunge-Kickback-Curl-Press killers:
Lunging and kick-back (used 5 lb weights)
Another lunge, and doing the press (after the curl)
The "boat" part of Bow-to-Boat
Supermans!

...and some attempts at Chaturanga Iso too. But OOF at trying to get back up into plank from down there! That part ain't happenin' just yet!
Table dip leg raises at the end. Whew!

LOL- hope you had fun, because I sure did! But next week... time to Crush it again- and no more being lazy while playing with the camera this much! And uh... ignore the piles of laundry in the background. I was multi-tasking and doing laundry at the same time. Okay, so you probably never even noticed the laundry until I mentioned it... so forget I mentioned it and pretend my house is actually CLEAN! ;-)

Those lunge-kick back-curl-presses are killers. They really make you work.

I hear ya on those lunge-kickback-curl-press things (there's gotta be a shorter name!)- they ARE painful! They make me sweat like mad, too!
