Gotta make this all official and crap, so I can hold myself accountable and hopefully stay the course and make it through the 90 days. I know it sounds dorky, but I also know how tough this program is, and I know how lazy I can get... so I'm grabbing onto any bit of motivation I can get.

Here are the usual series shots... and next time I will wear something better than the post-workout clothing.

And then the flexed shots. Oh, I hate that back fat!!! I should print out several copies of that one, and tape them onto the door of the fridge, and every cabinet I have ANY remote snacks in.... and tape it onto every container of ice cream I have, too (which happens to be 2 at the moment). Ugh on that back fat!!!! It follows me everywhere!
And I can't even remember if I'd already posted this "series shot" of my journey from way-back-when til now... but there it is again, to remind myself that even though I don't feel "done" yet... I know I have come SUCH a long way from where I was 2 years ago. And know that I won't ever go back THERE again. I will never have those sausage arms again if I can do anything about it!!!! Success (in whatever terms I make it) is within my grasp. And I have the power to make it happen. I'll start tomorrow. lol
But really... I am starting tomorrow. (or TODAY, since it's already past midnight ;-) ) Happy 2007!
