Just finished... but I have to run and get ready for work. I will edit this later for all the numbers. Ooooh, sweat city!!
Okay... back. This morning I cranked out Core X, and it was great! Sure, I huffed and puffed, and sure, I had some choice words for Tony here and there. And sure, I kept having to ignore that voice inside me that said "enough, just stop" and listened instead to that one that said "just one more". There were moments when I would collapse on the floor, then roll/crawl over to the coffee table where I could log how many pushups I just did. There were others when it was "but I could go longer!" when the time actually ran out before I ran out of gas. I can tell I've improved on some, and still have lots of room for improvement on others- but overall, it's still a great tough workout!
The numbers:
Stacked foot pushups: 20
Leaning crescent lunges: used 5-lb weights, stopped when there were 18 secs. left
Squat runs: used 5-lb weights
Sphinx pushups: 24
Low Lateral Skaters: no toe tap or leg lift
Lunge Shelf: 8-lb weights
Prison cell pushups: 9, no middle pushup
Side his raise: 25/25
Squat X-press: used 5-lb weights, did 30 (yay! but oof!)
Lunge-kickback-curl-press: 5 lbs, went until there were 7 secs left
Towel hops: lasted the whole time
High & Under pushups: 9 (oof!)
Dreya Roll: 13
Chaturanga stuff: Did only plank runs on the 'run' set, and didn't go the entire time. Man that's hard! On the the Chaturanga Iso- I did plank on feet, but tried the first Chat. iso on feet too- and went SPLAT! Then I tried doing plank iso on feet, and Chat. iso on knees. I might have to just keep doing the Chat. iso on my knees until I can actually last through, then try them on my feet only after that. Trying to do them while on my feet is just impossible for me right now! I'm SOOOO not there yet!
Table dip leg raise: 30 (15 each side)
It was a good workout day. :-)
