Nice, slow, non-sweaty day for the X today! Almost boring though, but I know my body needed that stretching. My hips and hamstrings feel MUCH looser now, as do my shoulders.
I skipped on doing the Shoulder stand to Plough move though. It's not comfortable and I know it does stretch me out well- today I just didn't feel like it. Otherwise, everything else went well. I'm still not sure why leaning over forward in the Kenpo Quad Stretch is supposed to do more- when I feel it more in my quads ONLY when I stay upright. By leaning over- I think I'm actually getting less of a stretch! So I just stay upright. Do it MY way, I say! lol
Tomorrow is Cardio X- but I'm leaning towards maybe tossing in a Turbo Jam instead- just for a change of pace. I'll see how I feel when tomorrow gets here.
