Anyway, I got started on the warm-up part...

Double-bob and punches...
The Row...

And some lunge stretches...
And then my Dad shows up unannounced and interrupted me!! How come I get interrupted so often JUST as I get warmed up?!?? My Dad also has some odd way of showing up right in the middle of my workouts, too. And then he always does his 'thing'- tells me "You don't need to exercise, you're thin enough".... **sigh**!! I have to exercise, otherwise, I WOULDN'T be 'thin enough'! And it's not all about 'being thin' anyway- it's about being FIT, and I'm not fit enough, either! But man... it's aggravating that he says things like that, though I love him and I understand where it's all coming from... still.
So after he leaves -about an hour later (he came over to look at my computer that has been acting up), I restarted the whole workout and this time, I got through, uninterrupted.
I think these were those '8 knees' things- just that the camera caught me without a knee up.
I noticed my legs in these photos as I was editing them... I do like how they are looking muscular- but I think I will have to resign myself to the fact that I will NEVER have long and lean legs. They've always been a bit chunky and I don't think they will ever be thin. Those calves... some might like them muscular- but man... I don't like how HUGE they are. I used to joke with one of my old roommates in college that I don't have "calves" but "cows" because they are so big! But because I'm so short, my legs will always look chunky to me. (Even though these camera angles make me look like I'm over 6-ft tall- I'm just barely over 5-ft) That's why I just have to focus on the FITNESS part and not the appearance part of all of this. I'd be SO discouraged if it was all about looks. I do like the muscular look though. :-)
Some kind of punchy move... can't remember exactly what I was doing.
A back KICK! Kind of a cool shot- once I went in and Photoshopped out the fact that my underwear was showing! lol Had to spare the viewers something traumatic...

Speed bags...

I think this was some kind of running move, not sure.

This is a 'high elbow' in those low-elbow, high-elbow moves in the last fast cardio set (I think it was the last fast set).

And on to the Tai Chi... raising the energy back up...

Some more Tai Chi- arm movements... I think Chalene called them "circles" or something like that.
