Core20 & Stretch40

Easy day today... no heavy sweating! But I did go out and mow the front yard first... though thankfully that didn't generate a ton of sweat, as I did it early instead of later (as in after my workout).

Core20 is getting easier- and that's good! The moves are more familiar, as well as my core and abs being stronger. Yay!

Stretch40 was something I needed today! It felt good to stretch out. What's funny was- at the end, Chalene gets everyone to lay down into the corpse pose and relax. I remember laying down and hearing her say to relax. Something about letting the muscles go... and then the next thing I remember, I was waking up to the video clips that they have on the DVD after the workout is done!! Yikes! I actually fell asleep in a matter of seconds... and dozed off! OMG!

Too funny....

Breakfast: half of the Shakeology from yesterday that I didn't finish (251 cal)
Lunch: 3 eggs over-easy, toast with jalapeno jelly (401 cal)
Dinner: tostadas with beans, black beans, cheese, lettuce (574 cal)
Snack: popcorn, banana, sweet potato custard pie (279 cal)

Breakdown for the day- (1504 calories)
Carb: 50%
Pro: 17%
Fat: 33%
Fiber: 34g (need at least 25g)

Trying to clean out the fridge of the fresh foods and leftovers, before we're out of town and it spoils. Makes for some strange eating...

Won't have internet to log anything the next few days, but will try to catch up when I get back.
