Woohooo! It's another week of TurboFire! At the end of this week, I will be heading off to Dallas for a Beachbody Game Plan Training seminar. I plan to take my laptop and TurboFire DVDs with me... and still get my workouts in each day. No excuses!!!
Today I mowed a part of the yard before my workout. My electric mower died on my yesterday before I could finish- and I wanted to get it done today before it got hot- so did the mowing first. Then it was Fire45- and I still love that one. Actually- I love ALL of the workouts!! I don't know if I can say there is a single favorite. At least not yet! They're all good! I forgot to put on my HRM this morning... I caught myself looking at my wrist for the HR but there's nothing there! But I know it had to have been up at the usual 150's range. I worked up quite a sweat!
Breakfast: Last half of the chocolate cherry almond Shakeology from yesterday (207 cal)
Lunch: some leftover rib tips from yesterday's lunch, plus grilled zucchini, and cookies (245 cal)
Snack: greenberry Shakeology made with fresh-juiced cherry and apple juice- good, but too sweet! (313 cal)
Dinner: Fire Slice pizza- had margherita pizza, calamari and split a smores calzone with the kids (840 cal)
Breakdown for the day- (1804 calories)
Carb: 51%
Pro: 19%
Fat: 30%
Fiber: 27g (need at least 25g)
The total was estimated, as I wasn't sure how to calculate the smores calzone. So I just added 200... it might be close. The 840 was for the pizza and calamari- also estimated best I could, as there aren't nutrition listings for those.
