Week 4 of TurboFire is Done

Week 4 of TurboFire is done!! And it's going GREAT! It's only been a month- and I think it would move faster (my changes) had I been eating clean, but I know- I haven't been eating as clean as I should. Too much eating OUT for sure... and more of that to come. But at least even with all of that going on- TurboFire has allowed me to STILL lose a few pounds and shred some fat! Woohooo for TurboFire!!!

I'm now at 125 and back to my lowest weight since discovering Beachbody in 2005. It sucks that I even gained any of it back, but I really gained it back after Mom passed away. I chucked almost all workouts for nearly the rest of the year that year. Even after making great strides with P90X before that, too. Oh well... life happens. And I'm starting to slowly learn how to keep my body in the same place, even as life keeps on happening. Just because things do downhill (or uphill) in life- doesn't mean it's a reason to gain weight!! There is NO good reason for gaining weight!

My changes aren't huge- but yet I can see some of them. Keep on saying bye-bye to the back fat!!!
Just one month so far- and the workouts are FUN. And FAST... and they WORK!

More shrinking in my torso... and slowly the abs are trying to come through. Also- the back fat

Again- in this one, the back fat is decreasing! Yay!!! The abs are trying to show, too!
Not much noticeable with the legs or arms just yet- though when I flex my arms with my elbow at my side... I can look down and see more shape showing up in my upper arms. Woohooo! But it's hard to catch that in photos... maybe by the end of August. :-)
