End of the TurboWeek

Today was the end of the first week! Finished off with a non-sweaty day... Core20 which was a 20-minute workout using the bands for ab work. Not too hard... but it was cool learning how to use those bands for some new moves! Never knew some of those moves before!

Then the Stretch40... it's a stretching and yoga routine- also not very hard (P90X yoga is much harder!) but a good workout for a slow-moving day.

Foods today were okay. Nothing too horrible, thankfully.

Breakfast: oatmeal, coffee (215 cal)
Lunch: tostadas with homemade "refried" beans, black beans, tomato, cheese (425 cal)
Snack: chocolate Shakeology blended with 1% milk, cherries, oats, fiber boost (423 cal)
Dinner: chicken breast, grilled zucchini (168 cal)
The chocolate Shakeology was half before dinner, and half after.

Breakdown for the day- (1232 calories)
Carb: 55%
Pro: 25%
Fat: 20%
Fiber: 32g (need at least 25g)

Tomorrow the workouts ramp up. Longer times... so I better be ready!
