Yes, I never got around to getting Sculpt30 done yesterday- so I thought I'd better get it in today. I'm still not a big fan of using exercise bands though!! I miss my weights. But I'll stick to the bands for the time being, as I will be traveling and can't take the weights with me. Aside from that personal preference... I still like this workout. I know I worked my shoulders, as I tried to make that band tight. Just not tight enough for the back work though... I really do need either different bands or weights for that.
Then I did Fire55 EZ afterwards... woohooo for a great cardio workout! I'm getting better with the routine, so it's flowing better now. HR up to the 140's/150's most of the time through. I love TurboFire!!!
Eating was odd today... but the calories are within the normal range. Just not all what I consider clean eating, unfortunately. But it'll be okay.
Breakfast: P90X Recovery drink (220 cal)
Lunch: Taco Villa- steak fajita taco, meat & cheese nachos (720 cal)
Dinner: cherry-banana almond Shakeology (511 cal)
Breakdown for the day- (1451 calories)
Carb: 50%
Pro: 17%
Fat: 33%
Fiber: 23g (need at least 25g)
Yeah- the day's calories were okay but the breakdown was too high in fat. I know it's because of the lunch. I'm not in denial here! I am aware of where it's all coming from. No rationalizing it away as something else. It's obviously all a matter of MY choices.
