HIIT15 & Tone30

I still love the HIIT workouts!!! Awesome stuff! It's fun- and it's FAST-moving! It's over before I know it! But man... it works. I'm noticing tonight... more shape in my upper arms- and that is a HUGE thing for me! For years, I've worked on having some definition and shape... and I believe this time, with TurboFire- I will finally- actually GET IT!!! :-D

I'm stoked.

And today's HIIT15 seemed so short. I thought after my workout was done- that I will just plan to do a longer HIIT workout the next time HIIT15 comes around, as it's now feeling like "not enough"... but then I looked on the schedule and HIIT15 doesn't come around again anymore! So yay- that I feel like my body is shaping up just as it should, to be handling the program just as it's scheduled. From now on, the shortest HIIT will be 20 minutes.

Then today was my first time doing Tone30... half an hour of resistance work with the bands. Combo moves of upper and lower body at the same time. Feels much like ChaLEAN Extreme- but with the bands instead of the weights. I'm still not a big fan of the exercise bands... I'll always be a weights girl- but it's still a good workout. Works a little differently, and takes a little getting used to- on just how much tension I need for which moves. I felt a step behind because of the adjusting/testing of tension... but it was still okay. But to compare Tone30 and Sculpt30... I think I like Sculpt30 a little bit more. Although I truly still like ChaLEAN Extreme more than either one of these!

Breakfast: chocolate-cherry-almond Shakeology with oats, fiber boost added in (379 cal)
Lunch: cottage cheese with blueberries and vanilla almond Special K (311 cal)
Dinner: Turned down the 58% fat-filled Marie Callendar pot pies at Dad's house and had some hotwings and rice instead. Still not good- but it's better than those pot pies. The nutrition label on that is just plain scary. (823 cal)
Snack: (dessert) strawberry cheesecake (290 cal)

Breakdown for the day- (1803 calories)
Carb: 54%
Pro: 20%
Fat: 26%
Fiber: 19g (need at least 25g)

Tomorrow is a day trip (road trip) and that means some eating out. But I will make sure TurboFire 45 EZ gets done early.
