Anyway- today was Fire45... which was (obviously) 45 minutes long- and NOT an "EZ" one. I can tell it was tougher than the Fire55 EZ that was last week! Funny that the longer one was actually easier- but it was! I'm constantly amazed at the quality of Turbo Fire. Chalene really must've spent a lot of time planning and coordinating every single move in this program- and making it all MEAN something so it's all as effective as possible.
Sweat-dripping fun! I'm amazed each day too- that I don't realize how much time has passed and before I know it, I'm wrapping up yet another workout. It's AWESOME that I'm not dreading and suffering through every single minute of these workouts. They are actually FUN!
My core and abs are really sore today from doing Core20 yesterday. Yay for making my body smaller and tighter! Can't beat that! :-) No change in the scale or measurements yet, but I FEEL much less jiggly and although for a couple of days earlier in the week when I felt looser/bigger... that passed and now I feel tighter and smaller.
Anyway- here's a photo of lunch. Spareribs slow-baked in the oven. I got them started in the morning and smelled them for HOURS up until it was lunchtime! Yum!! I only had ONE rib... gotta keep the portions the right size, y'know. 4 oz of meat... and it's enough.

Dinner: roasted lemon chicken, red potatoes, zucchini, squash, rice, strawberry cheesecake (689cal)
