Rest Day- with Core20

It was rest day, but I did Core20 anyway. I need more core and abs work... and Core20 is only scheduled once a week. Can't hurt to add it in and do it twice a week!

I love the way Chalene comes up with new ways to use those bands with this one! Oof, the burn!!! But it's sooo good!

Food-wise, it was okay. Not great, but not horrid either.

Breakfast: Chocolate-cherry Shakeology; ended up having only half, the rest I had later as a snack/dessert (247 cal)
Lunch: tostadas with black beans, tomatoes, cheese (homemade) (425 cal)
Dinner: at my Dad's house- he made beef tongue with gravy, rice. A soup with carrots and celery. I made a steam-baked tilapia. (667 cal)
Snack: second half of the Shakeology (247 cal)

Breakdown for the day- (1587 calories)
Carb: 51%
Pro: 22%
Fat: 27%
Fiber: 27g (need at least 25g)

Tomorrow is another HIIT workout. :-)
