Fire55 EZ Day

Did Fire55 EZ in the late afternoon... after a mexican lunch. Wasn't sure if it would be a good idea... but it turned out okay. Got my HR up from the 80's up to the 130's after the warm-up... then maintained an upper 150's rate most of the time, with a couple of peaks into the low 160's. Excellent workout! So much fun- although I had a hard time keeping up/following near the end because I was mentally getting some of the steps mixed up. But like Chalene says all the time: "Even the mistakes burn calories!"- so yeah, I knew I was still doing okay. I'll get the moves down eventually. Drank some P90X Recovery drink during and after the workout.

Breakfast: remainder of yesterday's chocolate banana-pb-honey Shakeology that I didn't have yesterday (275 cal)
Lunch: ate out with best friend- chicken enchiladas, rice, beans, guacamole, tortilla chips (est. 1085 cal)
Dinner: Mom's recipe of "crunchy chicken" (a shake-and-bake chicken, but with my own recipe of seasonings, not store-bought Shake&Bake brand), rice, carrots/celery mix, ice cream bar (est. 586 cal)
Snack: P90X Recovery drink (220 cal)

Breakdown for the day- (2165 calories)
Carb: 58%
Pro: 15%
Fat: 27%
Fiber: 35g (need at least 25g)

Waaay too much fat!! Auughhh! But I know just where that happened. :-P
