It was a rest day so I didn't Push Play with any DVD workout. But I still got a decent workout anyway- with some clipping of the overgrowth in my alley, using those big manual shears. Bending down, squatting, scooting, walking... all along the fence. And some other big overgrowths in front of my house, too. Then after that, mowed the front yard. Whew! I'm sure my chest and arms will feel the effects of the cutting action of those shears. Last time I did anything like this, I was really sore- and had blisters in my hands! Today- no blisters... so hopefully I won't be as sore. We'll see.
Eating was so-so... UGH that Dad keeps wanting to get together to eat- and eat OUT, too! Another buffet this evening; chinese. I tried to pick more veggies and nothing fried or heavy. What was cool though- was the owner of the restaurant, Wendy- asked me today if I'd lost weight!! :-)
Not really... but I do feel SMALLER since TurboFire. So yes!!! I don't care how much I weigh, as long as I just LOOK smaller. If I'd lost anything since I saw Wendy last... it might've been 4-5 lbs. MAYBE a couple of lbs since TurboFire, but nothing significant. I just think it's helping to make everything tighter and smaller/leaner... which is all I want. Who cares what the scale says??
