HIIT20, Sculpt30

Well at least I got HIIT20 in...

It was still an awesome workout! Got my HR up to the low 150's. What I love though- is the fact that my recovery HR drops back down again really quickly now! It used to be that after a workout that gets my HR up high, I would stay in the 120's for awhile even after the workout is done. But now- pretty soon after, it was already down near 100! That tells me that my cardio health is getting better! Yay for TurboFire for doing what I want to get out of this!! :-)

Was going to get Sculpt30 in this evening, but haven't. Might be moving it into tomorrow with the scheduled Fire 55 EZ.

Eating today isn't good... but that's okay. It'll balance out okay in the long run.

Breakfast: greenberry Shakeology with apple, peanut butter and oats (488 cal)
Lunch: Dairy Queen steak finger basket, split with son and Blizzard (986 cal)
Dinner: Dinner out with Dad- at Furr's buffet; had big plate of spinach salad, then green beans, carrots, cod and a roll. Then the bad part- a little bit of chocolate cake. (647 cal)

Breakdown for the day- (2120 calories)
Carb: 54%
Pro: 13%
Fat: 33% (waay too much fat)
Fiber: 40g (need at least 25g)

A few more days and I will out of town... and the blog posting will be slow- but I will catch up once I get back. And then when I'm gone for the long road trip... it will happen the best I can.
