Body Fat

Remeasured my body fat with the calipers yesterday... and instead of getting about 16mm, I'm now reading at 14mm! Yay- there is a drop! But when I plug things into the body-fat percentage calculator, I'm not changing too much. From about 27% to 26%. Still not great, but according to the calculator's ranges, I am at least in the "ideal" range (of something like 23-28%?). I don't think I will ever reach the teens in percentage, but I would like to get into the lower 20's some day. I know I won't get there with the sweet treats I eat, so I'm actually not surprised that I'm still in the upper 20's even after all the workouts I've done.

But in a way, it IS kinda neat that I've managed to lose 1% body fat without giving up my sweets. ;-) (I know- bad attitude to keep, but for now, that's kinda neat. LOL)

WTG! I'm impressed by your numbers and dropping a full percentage point is nothing to sneeze at.

I can't wait til I'm actually in the 20's percentage-wise...I still have about 1.5% before I get there!
