Just had a 30-minute Power Walk with the dog. Now it's shower time. Whew!
Lunch was at a new chinese place in town- and we ordered a hot and spicy dish... and it was hot-hot-hot!! Made my cheeks all sweaty. Man... but it was GOOD! And then my Dad wants to go have pizza (buffet) for dinner. Yikes... I will have to make sure I have a salad before, so I won't be filling up on pizza only. Just a little of this and that- and not ALOT of everything.
No other workout so far, but I did have a bit of arm wrestling with my Dad earlier today- and while I couldn't beat him, I held my own very well in making sure he couldn't beat me, either! lol And the best part... when he let go, he says "man, you're pretty strong" because he really thought I would've been an easy opponent. ;-) All these workouts ROCK. lol

Protein: 2 eggs (1 yolk), chicken, pizza
Fats: fake butter (for cooking eggs), omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil, pizza
Fiber: whole wheat eng. muffin, sprinkle of wheat germ
Dairy: fat-free cheese, pizza
Fruits:
Veggies: snap peas, carrots, tomato, green onion
Breads/grains: whole wheat eng. muffin, rice noodles
Salty Carbs/junk: pizza
Sweet Carbs/treats: fortune cookie, rice krispie treats, cinnamon roll, brownie
Misc. beverages: coffee, lemonade
Vitamins: multi, omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil
