JM Cardio KickBoxing

Tested out a new workout today (new to me, anyway)- one of the Jillian Michaels workouts, Cardio KickBoxing. It's only 30 minutes long, and it's funny that at the end, one of the girls said "that's all?!?" and Jillian heard her. And so she added on some extra moves to 'punish' everyone on that one girl's behalf- for making that comment! But I was thinking the same thing. "That's all?!?" because I had gotten so used to the X workouts that lasted twice as long- and had me crying out "is it over YET?!?" lol

So compared to the X, this one was a cake walk. LOL- don't let Jillian hear me say THAT... because I have a suspicion that the KickBoxing one is her easiest one. I viewed one of the other ones last night (a resistance workout) and it looked killer!! I'm kinda looking forward to trying one of those, but yet dreading it at the same time. She scares me. But for a kicking and boxing workout, my favorite would still have to be Kenpo X.

Anyway, I had a lame breakfast of 3 flaky honey-butter flavor Pillsbury biscuits. Not healthy! And coffee. Lunch was a Morningstar veggie burger on an english muffin. That's one of my favorite easy lunches when I'm in a bit of a burger mood. I had it with a slice of fat-free cheese and tomato. I would've added lettuce too- but the lettuce I had in the fridge was waaay past edible. Ew. So I need to buy more lettuce next time I go to the store.

I also had a snack this afternoon... broke down from my sweet-tooth craving of last night... and ate one of those chocolate Drumstick ice cream cones. Mmmm good... but so not-good for me! Dinner tonight will be some sushi.
