Missed Day- Rest Day

Dang it... no workout today. But that's okay... I've allowed my Mondays to be "rest days" because they tend to be my busiest days. And today wasn't any different! But I will still want to make up for the inactivity with some extra cardio somewhere later, if I can.

Protein: Kashi protein bar, BBQ ribs, rotisserie chicken thigh & drumstick

Fiber: Kashi protein bar

Fruits: strawberries, banana

Sweet Carbs/treats: turtle cheesecake, apple turnover

Still too much of the sweet treats...
