Just Food So Far

No workout to report at this point. It's been a busy and emotional day... a workout would probably do me some good, but at the same time, I just don't feel like it, either. I might do something after the kids are in bed... still not sure- since I am feeling very much like just vegging out and watching my TX teams play in their NBA playoff games tonight instead of jumping around and sweating.

I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, along with coffee on-the-run. Then had some rice noodles in a chinese dish at my Dad's house- but not quite sure how to count the ingredients that were in there. I also had a cream-filled donut thing while there. Later, when I was finally back at home and could make something healthy- I had a big salad, with a big clump of canned salmon smack on top. THAT was absolutely yummy. Unfortunately though- I am still feeling the munchies and I just had some little pieces of cheese. But still feeling the munchies...

Water: 700 ml
Protein: hard-boiled egg, salmon (canned), beef jerky
Fats: avocado

Dairy: milk, cheese
Fruits: mandarin oranges (a little pre-packaged cup)
Veggies: lettuce (salad), tomato
Breads/grains: cereal, rice noodles, slice of sweet bread

Sweet Carbs/treats: donut, oatmeal raisin cookie, 3 dark chocolate Hershey's kisses
Misc. beverages: coffee
