Not sure HOW to track my foods for today. Breakfast is easy- it was cottage cheese with some Kashi Go Lean cereal mixed in, topped with a handful of blueberries and some walnuts. Then later I went with family to a chinese food buffet for lunch, and ate a huge variety of things: sushi, chicken & zucchini, octopus, seafood mix with shrimp and fake crab, sesame chicken, green beans... so it's hard to really list them all. Especially when some of the amounts were just tiny veggies mixed into a bigger dish and stuff like that. But it was all yummy. :-) Now it's dinnertime and I'm not even hungry for anything.
Finally got a workout in after 8 pm! I did another Jillian Michaels workout. This time it was the Shape-Up Backside one. Also only 30 minutes, but this time it was much rougher! I didn't think "is that all?" at the end, but more like "mercy!" LOL But it was a good quick hard workout. Perfect for times like now, when I just don't feel like spending alot of time on a workout, but I'm still in the mood to do a hard one. I don't want a 'lazy', easy short one like the TJ beginner ones. I suppose any of the PHH workouts will do as well, since they're short- but so far, the JM workouts seem to be more overall-body workouts than the PHH, still in just 30 minutes.
Never did eat anything for dinner. I'm still not hungry! I'm sure I will be starving by morning though!
Water: 1200 ml for sure, but had more that wasn't measurable
Protein: cottage cheese, chicken, sushi, seafood
Fats: walnuts, omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil, avocado (in sushi)
Fiber: Kashi Go Lean cereal
Dairy: cottage cheese
Fruits: blueberries, melon (honeydew, cantaloupe), mandarin orange slices, chinese fruit
Veggies: string beans, zucchini, peas, carrots
Breads/grains: Kashi Go Lean cereal, rice
Salty Carbs/junk:
Sweet Carbs/treats: cake, fortune cookies
Misc. beverages: red wine
Vitamins: multi, calcium (in the form of Tums), omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil

Hey - I had chinese food today too. LOL So, I didn't even bother to track calories for the day because I have no idea what was in the meal I ate. Oh well. Back on the bandwagon in the morning.
I bet I ate more than you did!!! lol :-P
