Took my dog out (yay that she is back home after being 'lost' for 4 days last week!) and walked for an hour this morning. I didn't care if it was upper 30-something cold, with a wind... I just needed to get out and walk. And not think, but yet have time to think. I took my iPod, listened to music and thought at times, just chilled and listened to music at times. And walked, and walked. It was nice. By the time I got home, the dog was tired and my face was ice-cold, but I felt good.
Scheduled for today is Yoga X, and I still haven't done it yet. I might still get it in tonight, not sure. I do need to though.
Scale is still showing that it wants to come below 130 and stay in the 120's (yay!!!) and I'm actually surprised that it hasn't just jumped right back up again. But I'm not arguing... let it keep dropping if it wants to! This morning it looked like it was hovering around 129. (I have a caveman style needle-scale, not digital- so I still have to guesstimate at the exact marking.)

Got YogaX in this evening, after getting the kids to bed. Nice stretch to finish the day! Also- I didn't do squat for a workout yesterday (Wed). Tomorrow, I'm not sure what is scheduled but the kids are at home, so I hope I can still fit it in, whatever it is.
